1:1 Therapy

£80

Duration: 50-60 minutes

Location: Online

I offer individual psychological therapy for children, young people, and adults experiencing difficulties with many common anxiety disorders and depression.

My core clinical training is in CBT, but I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. I draw on my wider professional development and techniques from different therapeutic approaches to tailor therapy to the individual.

Parent-led Therapy

£80

Duration: 50-60 minutes

Location: Online

Parent-led CBT is an evidence-based psychological intervention for parents of children aged 5-12 experiencing anxiety, worry, and fears. Sessions help parents understand their child’s anxiety and learn practical strategies to support them.

Rather than the child attending individual therapy, the parent is the main participant and plays an active role in helping their child make meaningful changes.

Supervision

£90 per hour

Location: Online

I am a qualified supervisor for low-intensity CBT practitioners with a Postgraduate Certificate in Supervision Skills, and am currently employed as an associate lecturer on a Postgraduate Diploma Programme.

I have had the privilege of 8 years NHS experience as a Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) delivering low-intensity CBT interventions, and over 5 years experience as a Senior CWP delivering supervision to both CWP’s and Educational Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP).
